WHO WE ARE

We are a group of four churches, in the parishes of Grimley, Hallow, Holt and Lower Broadheath, just west of the city of Worcester, by the River Severn.

We believe that the love of God is for everyone and that all people have gifts and talents which are to be celebrated.

We seek to support all members of our communities, whether they are churchgoers or not. Our church buildings are central to our communities and our hope is that they will be real assets for everyone.

We strive to create an environment that is welcoming, inclusive, and nurturing guided by a deep sense of faith and the belief that who we are connects us to something greater than ourselves.

We meet on Sundays - of course - but that is just one aspect of our life as church communities. Whether you are interested in a bible study group, bellringing, connecting with other families, gardening or ecology, there is lots going on!

We invite you to join us in this journey of faith as we explore what it means to live a life of prayer, hospitality, and joy.

This website should give you all the information you need, but please do get in touch with us if you have any questions.

BAPTISMS

Baptism is a wonderful way to give thanks for your child, to welcome them into your family and into the wider community, and to celebrate together. Having your child baptised means that you say “Yes” to the gift of God’s love and guidance in their life. It means that you commit to praying for them and helping them to live well. Find out more about baptism and beginning the journey of discovering God's love.

WEDDINGS

Marrying in church adds a meaningful and spiritual aspect to the vows you make, and enables all your loved ones to pray with you as you are joined in marriage. All four of our church buildings are beautiful, atmospheric and unique, with lovely grounds and a warm welcome too! Whether you’re exploring the possibility of a church wedding or you’ve already decided, we would be delighted to hear from you.

FUNERALS

We understand how difficult and exhausting arranging the funeral of a loved one can be. We can help you to arrange a funeral that is genuinely personal and comforting. We can conduct funerals in our church buildings, at a local crematorium or at a graveside. We conduct both burial services and cremation services. Supporting you and honouring the memory of the person who has died is our priority.

HELP US TO SHARE OUR
LOVE AND FAITH

Our Churches require support with providing church services, posting resources out to people, staying in touch by phone, running bible studies and prayer groups. We also need assistance to help us reach out to those in our community who are struggling to put food on the table or pay their bills, as well as keeping our buildings safe for everyone and in good repair by ensuring that they are well maintained.

All gifts to our Churches, be it volunteering your time or financial donations, are received with grateful thanks.
